Michael Finkel is an Israeli Russian-speaking Orthodox rabbi, lawyer, specialist in international law and international politics. Commentator on political and religious issues for a major Israeli and other media.
In 1994-1997, Mikhail Finkel studied at rabbinical seminaries in the United States, where in 2001 he was ordained a rabbi at the Central Lubavitcher Yeshiva in New York. He graduated in political science and philosophy from the University of Rochester, USA in 2000. Mikhail Finkel received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 2003 (specialized in international law).
Mikhail Finkel’s religious journalism is devoted not only to various issues of Judaism, but also to interfaith Judeo-Islamic and Judeo-Christian dialogue.
